Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Wells, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
It is understood that except as otherwise specifically stated in the contract, the vendor shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and transportation of every nature and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, necessary to execute, complete and deliver the work within the specified time. Successful bidder must be licensed to work and in good standing with the State of Nevada as well as being debarred and eligible to participate in federally funded projects. Permits and licenses necessary for the execution of work shall be secured by the vendor. All supplies and materials shall be new. Any work necessary to be performed after regular work hours, such as weekends or legal holidays, shall be performed without additional expense to the City.
