Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Victoria, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of a caustic bulk tank. The scope of work includes decommissioning, removal, haul off and disposal of two (2) Sodium Hydroxide Caustic Tanks, fill lines , overflow lines, suction lines, valves, heat trace wiring, probes, and insulation. Provide crane service and set new tanks (provided by the City). Install new fill lines , overflow lines, suction lines, valve, heat tace wiring, probes, and insulation to tie into existing pump suction lines prior to leaving containment basin. Only one ( 1) tank can be replaced at a time in order to allow the City to maintain operations. Q/A:- All requests for additional information or clarification concerning this proposal must be submitted in writing using the eProcurement site at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/texas/city-of-victoria or can be emailed to the Staff Contact before 12:00 PM CST, July 29, 2026. Questions received after the stated deadline will not be answered. Questions submitted and the City's responses will be posted with this solicitation as addenda.
