The City of Searcy invites interested construction management firms licensed to do business within the State of Arkansas to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide construction management/general contractor (CM/GC) services as a construction management at risk (CMAR)/guaranteed maximum project (GMP) for the new building construction of a police station.
