The Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking qualified, visionary Design Architect (s) and Landscape Architect, working in collaboration, to design the first part of Phase 5 of the Regent Park Revitalization Project - one of North America's most significant urban renewal initiatives, now entering its third decade. This project marks the start of the final phase in Regent Park's evolution. More than the completion of a long-term plan, it is an opportunity to shape the neighbourhood's future identity and create a lasting civic legacy. TCHC is seeking a visionary design team inspired by this responsibility and committed to delivering highly livable, inclusive, and design-forward environments that enhance the daily lives of residents in Regent Park and beyond. Through this impactful project, the successful Proponents will also help determine the future direction of the design of subsidized housing in Toronto for years to come.
