Description

Site work for an educational facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Work under this Contract consists of the demolition of utilities and installation of new utility infrastructure within the area known as Cole Village housing complex on the campus of New Mexico State University. The building structures were demolished in a previous phase. This project will focus on the removal of all remaining underground utilizes and above ground hard scape items . This is described within the Drawings and these Specifications for New Mexico State University (NMSU). Work includes compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Regulations for Storm Water Discharges from construction sites, per 40 CFR, Parts 122, 123, and 124. Question Deadline 08/06/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Any questions arising from the site visit must be submitted to the Q&A BOARD in the Pistol Pete's Bidding System.
