The Project consists of the replacement of the metal standing seam roof and subsequent insulation on the 69,000 sqft TECO Arena. This Project shall be delivered as a mission -critical , live-operations replacement. The facility must remain operational throughout construction, and uninterrupted service to active event spaces is a primary project constraint. Also remove and replace all roof and permitter trim with new 26ga materials. This is not a conventional replacement project. The work will be executed in a live, mission-critical environment, requiring continuous operation of the facility during construction with minimal operational disruption.
