Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Radnor Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Replacement of existing brick culvert with a culvert pipe, including sawcutting, selective demolition, erosion and sediment control, traffic control, stormwater control, and pavement and site restoration. The Work shall be conducted in two phases in the following order, with each phase substantially complete before beginning the next phase: Stage A Work within and adjacent to Wyndon Avenue: Roadway will be closed to facilitate the work. Work of this phase shall be substantially complete and reopen the roadway before proceed with Stage B. Stage B - Work in lawn and wood area downstream of storm inlet: The remaining Work shall be substantially complete and ready for occupancy at time of Substantial Completion. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 25% Maintenance Bond. Question Deadline 08/14/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the "Messages" feature in online. Notice to Proceed planned for late October 2026 Award is subject to final approval.
