Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ewing, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. Work covered under this section is generally described in Section 01010 Summary of Work. This section describes repairs and the products to be used and execution of work for repair, surface preparation and painting of the existing Delaney Water Storage Tank. The following repairs, at a minimum, are required on the Delaney Water Storage Tank: Repair any grout as needed, caulk the base of each column to foundation base and seal the foundation with LOXON XP masonry coating or approved equal Install new 24 pressure-vacuum-screened vent Pressure wash and overcoat exterior Sand blast and paint interior Caulk all interior seams above the water line. The Project includes the following Work: Complete blast and repainting the 300K Gallon Elevated Delaney Tank and other miscellaneous repairs
