Description

Site work and new construction of a civil project in Greenfield, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Development and construction of a wastewater collection system including multiple lift stations and approximately 5.5 miles of interceptor sewers. The purpose and intent of this Project is to: Transfer and appropriately allocate project risk. Secure long-term value through durable, low-maintenance design and construction quality. Achieve cost certainty as early as possible and maintain strict alignment with the established budget. Engage a developer-led team capable of collaboratively delivering a guaranteed not to-exceed price (GNEP) following an intensive Scoping Period. The City has separately engaged American Structurepoint, Inc. as the lead designer of team that includes and Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. Proposers shall not include or propose design services. Attached hereto and incorporated by reference is a scope of services to be provided by American Structurepoint which the selected Proposer will not be required to provide nor which should be considered as part of their proposal.
