Submit questions via email to tim.bybee@big-d.com Furnish, deliver, unload, protect, erect, and provide all labor, material and equipment required to perform all METAL ROOFING work Also included, but not specifically limited to: General Roofing:1. Provide gutters and downspouts in accordance with FM Global requirements. Metal Roofing: 2. Provide Standing Seam Sheet Metal roofing system to include all flashing, roof insulation, caulking and fasteners. 3. Provide metal roof canopies over exterior man doors. 4. Provide specific roofing system warranty requirements. 5. Roofing and sheet metal flashing and trim installations shall meet FM Global requirements. 6. Provide roof vapor barrier. 7. Provide all related flashing, closures and fasteners. 8. Provide dry-in and protection of the roof from water to allow trades below roof areas to start work. 9. All roofing details including terminations, flashing, parapet, etc. shall be approved by Big-D and Architect prior to use and be compliant with the manufacturers printed instructions for the system. 10. Provide all caulking and sealants required at all joints, dissimilar materials, terminations, etc. for a watertight system. 11. Coordinate with mechanical and plumbing contractors for location of roof penetrations. Provide penetrations in new roofing for all existing roof penetrations. 12. Provide flashing and caulking at all piping penetrations. 13. Provide protection of adjacent surfaces from damage during installation of your work. 14. Provide fall protection system to ensure material cannot fall off from roof during installation of roofing. 15. Provide attic vents and ridge vents as shown. 16. Provide snow guards with all applicable attachments and fasteners
