The selected contractor for this Project shall perform work to efficiently remove, or remove and replace, existing asphalt and concrete pavement as noted in the attached "facilities assessment sheets". Work shall be performed with minimal disruption to regular traffic flow. Appropriate permits and submittals shall be procured and submitted to the City for approval The general contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, permits, insurance, and incidentals necessary to complete the minor facility repairs listed below. Work items are grouped by location and year from the Facility Assessment Study Summary. Preliminary cost estimates are provided for reference only; bidders must submit their own pricing based on site visits and specifications. All work shall: Be performed in a professional manner with minimal disruption to public and staff use and operations. Use high-quality, durable materials meeting or exceeding industry standards. Include cleanup, debris removal , and site restoration. Adhere to safety protocols, including OSHA standards. Incorporate sustainable practices where feasible (e.g., low-VOC paints, energy-efficient fixtures).
