Description

Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 134,530-square-foot, two-story above grade industrial development.

The Airport Authority is seeking to prequalify proponents that can supply a Construction Manager at Risk for the upcoming construction of a Multi-Use Industrial Facility. The project includes the construction of a two-story facility totaling approximately 134,530 sq. ft., accommodating pilot and cabin crew training functions, aircraft deicing operations, and all associated building systems, site works, and supporting infrastructure. Pre-Qualification submissions will be accepted on the specified forms only and shall be submitted to The Calgary Airport Authority's Supply Chain Office as per the instructions in the RFPQ documents.
