Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 51,134-square-foot, three-story above grade laboratory facility.

The Project TC NCA Terra Canada is located on the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) existing campus at 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa. The Component 1 portion of the project includes a new three-storey building with a Mass Timber frame structure, approximately 51,134 sq.ft (5,215 m2) gross floor area. This new building will be connected at three levels to a new building with a structural steel structure. EBC Inc. is acting as Construction manager (CM) for the project.
