The project will address deteriorated concrete walkways exhibiting cracking, spalling, settlement, uneven surfaces, and trip hazards, including exposed aggregate accent sections and associated hardscape elements within the defined project limits, while maintaining safe pedestrian access and alignment with applicable accessibility requirements. TIMELINE: A Request for Quote for design services has been issued by the owner's agent. Provide professional consulting services for the assessment, design, tendering, and construction administration associated with the repair and or replacement of the existing concrete entrance walkway areas located on the north and south sides of the Douglas Jung Building, 401 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC.
