Renovation of a military facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Engineering consulting firms are required to design a replacement heating system for the existing Hydronic Heating Systems at seven northern Long-Range Radar Sites located in Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and the Yukon. The scope of work includes the preparation of plans and specifications, as well as providing assistance during the tendering and construction phases. Firms qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System. This procurement includes set-asides for Indigenous business pursuant to applicable trade agreement provisions and requires the selected consultant to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the SECRET level. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
