Site work for a water / sewer project in Delray Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a levee.
The City of Delray Beach seeks professional engineering services to update the Stormwater Master Plan. The previous plan focused mainly on coastal problem areas, but this update will expand the scope to incorporate the entire city. The project is partially funded with federal FEMA funds through the Florida Department of Emergency Management’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. Proposers must ensure that all pages are included in their submissions and are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities or technicalities, and to award the contract on the coverage and terms that best serve the interests of the City. The agreement term will be from the effective date through the completion of work and full acceptance by the City, unless terminated earlier according to the solicitation terms.
