Asphalt road resurfacing of approximately 45 City blocks across 21 road segments, including miscellaneous items associated with the above work. The work includes paving (asphalt or concrete), street road asphalt milling, ADA curb ramps, curbs, street road asphalt resurfacing and milling. Bidders must furnish labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the project. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid forms included in the contract documents, enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the name and address of the Bidder, Project Title, and Contract Number. Digital project bidding documents are available at www.questcdn.com. Paper bidding documents are no longer available. A certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Beloit in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid. The awarded bidder is required to furnish both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each for 110% of the contract price. The City of Beloit reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, or accept the bid(s) that best serve the interests of the City of Beloit. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after opening without the City's consent.
