The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all equipment, labor, and materials necessary for a full tear off and replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roof system in its entirety (approx. 4,118 sq . ft.), including the plywood base/sheathing. The CONTRACTOR shall also furnish and install new gutters, downspouts , flashing, soffits, fascia, and all related components as indicated in the contract documents and plans, or as otherwise required to complete a watertight and fully functional roofing system installation. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the provision, installation, and proper use of all required safety equipment and measures associated with the removal and installation of the roof system. Please also note: It shall be the Contractors responsibility to make and maintain any/all disturbed building areas as weathertight. Further, should any Contractor-disturbed area not be weathertight and experience leakage, the Contractor will be responsible for any and all damages and costs associated with the leakage.
