This project consists of the replacement of the existing traffic signal west of the intersection of University and Quebec at the exit from the Highlands Ranch Post Office on the southwest corner. Work includes the removal of the existing traffic signals, construction of a new signalized intersection including setting new traffic signal poles and mast arms provided by Douglas County, the removal and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, and associated work. Bid items include traffic signal components, erosion control items, aggregate base course, pavement markings, construction surveying, topsoil , sod, and irrigation.
