Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Scotts Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Installation of secant wall, pavement, curbing, fencing, and drainage associated with a slope stability project adjacent to an existing water tank. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $560 per day will be assessed for each calendar day the work remains incomplete beyond the time fixed above for completion pursuant to Section 2-F, Special Conditions, and Liquidated Damages. The successful bidder will have 150 calendar days to substantially complete. The last day to submit and RFI for this project will be August 18th, 2026 at 3 pm. Requests for an interpretation shall be made in writing and delivered to the District's Representative at least fourteen (14) days before the bids are opened .
