As of October 01, 2026 project was awarded to Zignego Company Inc, awarded amount is $1,086,775.30 Construction of variable thickness asphaltic concrete pavement, pavement grinding, plastic pavement marking, manhole and inlet adjustments, and utility adjustments. This work will include resurfacing the roadway with a layer of asphalt. In preparation for the new asphalt surface, there may be removal and replacement of defective curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches, as well as adjustments and repairs to manholes and storm water inlets. High Impact Asphalt Resurfacing @ S. Water St. - E. National Ave. to E. Pittsburgh Ave. All work on S. Water St. shall be completed in 15 working day ; Liquidated Damages, per diem: $500.00/Day Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Set-asides: 15% SBE.
