Asphalt repair and paving services for Southside Park. General Specifications - Scope of Work 1. Demolition & Removal A. The removal of existing grade material in areas as shown on plan for the new base course material to be installed. B. The removal of the one ( 1) crushed culvert pipe below drive entry. Existing grades near inlet and discharge to be cleared, NO major grading anticipated, site is a low-grade slope area. Any major grading identified for storm water drainage should be listed in bid as a separate item for the work. New culvert pipe will be installed by contractor. C. Construction site area used by contractors for staging, parking or material storage is to be restored back to existing condition or better. Areas from construction that have become dirt are to be grass seeded. Contractor to establish turf after project.
