The Work consists of: The Work includes complete facility renovation from site improvements, all excavation including fill material to indicated grades, and building renovation through the installation of all specified finishes and equipment as scheduled. (To include all necessary labor and materials.) The Work includes the metal building system, trims, rake and gutter trims, and downspouts. The Work includes all interior and exterior walls, supports, and finishes. The Work includes all insulation and vapor barriers, as indicated. The Work includes all windows, doors, frames, both interior and exterior, and hardware as indicated. The Work includes a complete electrical system utilizing the existing electrical service complete with all panels, lights, wires, conduits, and all other components as necessary for a finished facility. The Work includes complete HVAC systems and components as indicated. The Work includes all painting and finishes on the walls, floors, and ceilings. The Work includes all exterior lighting of the building. The Work includes all exterior work, concrete walks and/or curbs, asphalt paving, finish grading and reseeding of all areas on the site that have been disturbed during the building renovation.
