Provide preventative maintenance, testing, inspection, and support services for the existing Electronic Security System (ESS) installed at multiple Naval Submarine Support Facility command buildings. The ESS consists of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems, and Access Control Systems (ACS). Services shall include routine preventive maintenance, system testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective actions necessary to ensure reliable operation, security compliance, and continued functionality of all ESS components and associated equipment. The period of performance includes a base year from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027; Option Year 1 from September 1, 2027, through August 31, 2028; and an optional six-month extension period under FAR 52.217-8 from September 1, 2028, through February 28, 2029. It is requested that all questions be received no later than 12:00PM EST on 23 July 2026 as time may not permit responses to questions received after that date to be prepared and issued prior to receipt of quotes.
