Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Bernalillo, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the addition of a 57,271-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a 52,500-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The project scope includes adding a 61,000 sf 2-story addition and renovation within the existing occupied 52,500 sf Sandoval County Thirteenth Judicial District complex. Associated site work will move public access from the west to the east side of the building with the existing entry remaining for staff. Access from both NM State Road 528 (Pat D'Arco Hwy) and Idalia Road are planned as future connections not included in this project. The existing building will remain in full use during construction. The addition will be of similar construction to the existing building consisting of steel structural frame, metal stud exterior framing, exterior insulating finish system and membrane roof system . The foundation system will be cast-in-place concrete supported by rammed aggregate piers. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.Estimated between $30M and $50M .
