Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Portsmouth, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and medical facility.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to safely disconnect, decommission, remove, and properly dispose of the existing 60-ton Carrier AquaSnap chiller unit serving the Medical/Command and Administration buildings. The contractor shall furnish, install, integrate, test, and commission a new chiller unit of equivalent or greater capacity that is fully compatible with the existing system. Work includes all associated mechanical, electrical, controls, startup, and commissioning activities required to place the new chiller into full operational service. Location: USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Boulevard, Portsmouth, VA 23703.
