Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and related services necessary to replace existing carpet tile flooring in Building 2045 and install new carpet tile flooring in Building 4240. Work includes the replacement of approximately 1,750 square feet of carpet tiles in Building 2045 and the installation of approximately 17,492 square feet of new carpet tiles in Building 4240, including areas within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Both facilities contain 24-inch by 24-inch raised access floor systems. All new carpet tiles shall be anti-static, fully compatible with raised access flooring systems, and designed to allow individual tiles to be safely removed and reinstalled using standard floor panel lifting tools while maintaining access to the underfloor plenum. The contractor shall furnish all materials and services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Statement of Work and associated contract requirements.
