Renovation of Kunsela Hall for STEM education and workforce facilities at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. Set-asides: 18% MBE, 12% WBE. Work to be Done a. The Work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of SUCF Project No 391025- 00 titled Renovate Kunsela Hall for STEM Education and Workforce. b. and carrying out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. c. The main features of the Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: This project involves the interior renovation of 47,512sf at Kunsela Hall on the SUNY Polytechnic campus. Interior renovation work includes selective demolition, asbestos abatement, structural steel, rough carpentry, architectural millwork, cutting and patching, aluminum storefronts, hollow metal doors and frames, gypsum board assemblies, tiling, acoustical tile ceilings, resilient flooring and base, tile carpeting, interior paint, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
