Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 171,856-square-foot, four-story above grade, one-story below grade, 256-bed elderly care / assisted living facility.
Scope of work will include but will not be limited to the following This Contractor shall be responsible for all Sections within Division 4. Supply and installation of all masonry units as per Plans & Specifications. All Trades are expected to work on the jobsite 5 days a week. This Contractor will allocate personnel to staff the project 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). If this is an 'out of town' project this Contractor will ensure personnel are on site 5 days a week, this may mean a rotating shift of personnel working Monday through Thursday and a separate crew workings Tuesday through Friday. Rotating shifts will be adequately staffed to meet the project schedule and deadlines for completion of scope. Supply and installation of the vertical reinforcing of all load-bearing walls, including grouting. The project is a 4 story, 256 bed, 173,000 sqft long term care facility in Lindsay, ON.
