Site work for a religious / funeral development in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
Repairing an existing slope failure along approximately 850 feet of the southeast slope that is bordered by the cemetery at the top of the slope and the Canadian National Railway at the bottom of the slope. The existing slope is relatively steep (2:1 or greater) and mostly tree covered. The repair will include flattening of the existing slope through the use of a soldier pile retaining wall. This project is located at Greenwood Cemetery in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Question Deadline 08/02/2026 interpretation from the Engineer, in writing, through email .
