Description

Demolition and new construction of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a office development; retail development; retail development; and restaurant.

The trash enclosures at Northwind Plaza require replacement due to their original condition and current disrepair. There are three enclosures: one behind El Hornito Mercado and Restaurant, one behind the Small Business Center section of the building, and one behind Vietnam House Restaurant and the Cellars Liquor Store. Work includes demolition, building removal, hauling, salvage, and masonry construction and restoration.
