Supply clean potable water and collect and dispose of graywater at Camp Grayling, Grayling, Michigan. Requirements details are found in Attachment A - PWS. Offerors must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and constraints identified in the master agreement. Proposals should include a technical capability statement demonstrating the ability to meet solicitation requirements and should be submitted in an electronic format compatible with Microsoft 365 or PDF Adobe, labeled with the solicitation number. Pricing must correspond to the provided contract line item structure, with the total extended price for the period of performance included. The offeror must have an active registration on sam.gov throughout the period of performance. Evaluation will be based on price, past performance, and technical approach, with technical capability established by relevant experience. Negative or adverse information on FAPIIS or SPRS in the last three years may render a quote unacceptable. The government may award to other than the lowest priced quote if technical factors provide the best value. All invoices must be for services performed, submitted through Wide Area Work Flow, with inspection and acceptance at Lansing, Michigan.
