Case the water main or maintain a 5-feet horizontal and 2-feet vertical separation requirement from all gas lines. E. Alternate bid items 12-15: Furnish and install 4 water main taps, water meters, and water service lines to homes. This includes 400 feet of 1 -inch PE and 870 feet of 1.5- inch PE and appurtenances. F. Furnish and install appurtenances including all gate valves, flush hydrants, air relief valves, tracer wire, locate stations, anode bays, thrust blocks, and fittings. G. Complete pressure testing and provide results to the project engineer. H. Satisfactorily complete disinfection and bacteriological testing of completed water main. Legal Description: NW/4, NW/4 SW/4 Section 13, Township 10N, Range 11 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma. The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is to obtain all required commercial services, equipment, materials, and supplies to construct a water line extension for Caddo County Rural Water District No. 3. The work includes furnishing and installing 10,940 feet of 2-inch DR 11 HDPE water main and 870 feet of 4-inch DR11 HDPE as casing; directional boring 815 feet total including 2 road crossings, 1 driveway crossing, and 1 creek crossing; 2 open cut gravel road crossings totaling 55 feet; casing the water main or maintaining a 5-foot horizontal and 2-foot vertical separation from all gas lines; furnishing and installing 4 water main taps, water meters, and water service lines to homes, including 400 feet of 1-inch PE and 870 feet of 1.5-inch PE and appurtenances; furnishing and installing appurtenances including all gate valves, flush hydrants, air relief valves, tracer wire, locate stations, anode bays, thrust blocks, and fittings; completing pressure testing and providing results to the project engineer; satisfactorily completing disinfection and bacteriological testing of the completed water main and providing results to the project engineer (with two consecutive negative tests 24 hours apart and re-sampling of positive tests at contractor expense); and connecting the installed water line extension to Caddo County Rural Water District No. 3.
