The contractor shall provide oily waste offload services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The waste consists of an oily water mixture located in tanks within the ship, accessible by piping to a cam-lock deck connection. Offloading is to be conducted by a vacuum truck connecting to the deck connection, with suction drawn from the tanks using an installed pump in tandem with the vacuum from the truck. Services are required at USCGC Tahoma (WMEC-908), 47 Chandler Street, Newport, RI 02841. Offerors must submit firm fixed price proposals that demonstrate an understanding of all requirements in the Statement of Work, including a cost breakdown, labor cost, extended price, total price, payment terms, prompt payment discount, and company Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Cage Code. Vendors must be registered at www.sam.gov. Proposals must also include warranty information and a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, or ensure it is submitted in www.sam.gov.
