Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Newport News, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Replacement of the control room enclosure for Sanitary Sewer Pump Station 009, including provision of all work and materials. The Work entails the replacement of the control room enclosure of Sanitary Sewer Pump Station 009. The building is demolished down to the original base slab, but the wet well and submersible pumps are still in place. The wet well shall be rehabilitated and the emergency bypass connection relocated away from Jefferson Avenue traffic. Contractor shall provide shop drawings, calculations, and product data to demonstrate compliance with the project specifications, and identify materials of construction. Demolition of Temporary Electrical LS Service, Vault Tee and Support Piping, Pre-Engineered Building Procurement, Delivery and Installation , HVAC and Ventilation Installation , Electrical and Instrumentation Work , Control Panel Installation , Wet Well Cleaning, Spall Repairs and Coating , Guardrail Replacement and Extension , Installation of Concrete Bollards, Concrete Driveway Replacement Question Submission Deadline: July 30, 2026, 1:00pm Question Submission Online.
