The City of Pocatello invites interested parties to submit Proposals for the City of Pocatellos Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). In 2021 the City of Pocatello adopted its long-range plan, Comprehensive Plan 2040, to identify the Citys priorit goals as well as strategies to achieve those goals. The purpose of the CIP is to establish a capital program and plan that will identify: Capital projects and their alignment with priority needs and goals including the Comprehensive Plan; estimated cost of projects; estimated cost of maintenance of projects; timeframe for completion of projects; and the financial plan to adequately fund and resource those projects. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 PM MT on August 12, 2026 to Christine Howe, Grants Manager, at 208-234-6186, or via email at chowe@pocatello.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
