Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work under this contract may include, but is not limited to, removing, furnishing, and/or installing various concrete curb and gutter, pavement, and driveway and/or alley aprons; various concrete sidewalk, carriage walk, and pedestrian curb ramps with detectable warning fields; road base and boulevard (terrace) restoration materials. All existing road-way base material that is disturbed during the installation of concrete shall be restored to the required thickness, graded and compacted by the Contractor. The road-way base material shall be complete and finished in order to receive asphalt pavement. The City of La Crosse will replace all asphalt pavement removed as part of this contract. The City of La Crosse will furnish all signing and barricades for temporary traffic control. Work shall be at miscellaneous locations throughout the City of La Crosse, as specified on the following pages and as directed by the Engineer or Project Manager. Plans for miscellaneous areas may be provided after the contract is awarded. Miscellaneous work at small project areas Citywide shall be at the direction of the Engineer or Project Manager. All removals shall be marked, and construction guidance provided by the Engineer or Project Manager. Costs for separate or multiple mobilizations will not be allowed. Locations for new accessible water bubblers: SE Corner of 3rd and Vine o NE Corner of 3rd and Main o NE Corner of 3rd and Cass o NE Corner of 4th and Main o SE Corner of 5th and Jay o NW Corner of 5th and Market o NE Corner of 5th and Hood 401 7th st. South (7th and Cameron) Five bubblers will be installed at a minimum. All locations are not guaranteed work. Each additional location after the 5th bubbler is installed will depend on funding availability
