SCOPE OF WORK Hudson Valley DDSO is requesting a quote for the following work: 1. Demo floor to subfloor, walls and ceiling in shower area down to bare studs, remove vanity and toilet. All tiled walls to be removed. 2. Shift shower area to line up with wall as shown in drawings 3. Install barrier free shower pan in shower area 4. 2 piece floor drains to be installed in kind (floor drain and bathtub drain) 5. Ceiling in shower area to be sheetrocked with Durock or equivalent moisture proof sheetrock and painted in flat white 6. Replace toilet with new Gerber Viper 1.28gpf 12" rough-in two-piece compact elongated Ergoheight toilet in white 7. Replace shower body using T13420 Delta trim kit with Delta R10000 series valve body according to drawing. Handheld shower head to be replaced in kind 8. Epoxy floor a. Redgard waterproofing membrane to be applied on plywood subfloor b. Sherwin Williams 5115 mortar blend aggregate base, sloped to floor drains c. Consult HVDDSO project manager before applying epoxy floor covering d. Sherwin Williams Resuflor Aqua 3460 epoxy flooring to be applied on top of mortar base and 6 inches above finished floor along base of walls e. Flakes in epoxy and texured non-stick surface to be used 9. Walls a. " Durock to be installed on wall studs in shower area b. Z-channel to be installed abutting lip of epoxy coating c. 1/4” Transolid rigid wall panels(5x8 sheets) to be supplied by HVDDSO and installed from z-channel to ceiling, as per manufacturer's specifications, using silicone to adhere panels to sheetrock and caulking at joints. Transolid to cover every wall surface. 10. Replace sink in kind, including faucet and new supply and drain lines
