New construction of an educational facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 33,000-square-foot educational facility.
Construction Manager as Constructor (CMC) services for the Sellersburg Technology project involving coordination of all work between trades. Ivy Tech Sellersburg seeks to construct a new 33,000 square foot Technology Center on the Sellersburg campus property to house the School of Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, and Applied Science and School of Information Technology programs. The new $12.8 million facility will replace the current facility, a renovated 46,000 square foot manufacturing building (Perkins Technology Center) located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. While significantly larger, the current building -- the Perkins Technology Center -- does not house School of Information Technology programs. When new building is complete, we will achieve a 30% decrease in square footage while adding campus cohesion. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond. Bidder questions are due by 3:00 P.M. on July 21, 2026.
