EHRM Data Center Upgrades construction project at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. Work includes all activities required to support and complete the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Data Center Upgrades project. This procurement is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461). The estimated magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contractors are required to provide their Entity Identifier on Standard Form (SF) 1442 and attend any post-award conference convened by the contracting activity. Any references in the specifications to guarantee period services or warranties beyond the one-year warranty period specified in FAR 52.246-21, Warranty of Construction, shall not be considered for proposal development.
