Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to complete the EHRM Data Center Upgrades project (Project 534-24-706). Work consists of the demolition and renovation of approximately 1,000 gross square feet of the existing B200 Computer Room and associated rooftop HVAC equipment, along with infrastructure upgrades within the main computer room. The project includes reconfiguration of the existing data center footprint to maximize space efficiency, installation of redundant power distribution systems and UPS equipment, upgrades to computer room cooling and air distribution systems, replacement of aged equipment, building management system interface upgrades, fire protection improvements, grounding and bonding enhancements, cable management systems, fiber-optic and copper cabling installation, and modifications to the raised floor system. The contractor shall provide all required supervision, labor, equipment, and materials and perform all work in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, and statement of work. The anticipated period of performance is approximately 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Location: Ralph H.
