Provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering services, supervision, and qualified personnel necessary to design, demolish, replace, install, test, start up, and commission HVAC systems at FCC Allenwood. Work includes preparation and submission of a complete 100% design package for approval, demolition and proper disposal of one existing 30-ton package HVAC unit and one existing 50-ton package HVAC unit, including indoor air handling units, outdoor condensers, and return fans, along with disconnecting, locking out, and reconnecting associated electrical systems. Existing ductwork shall remain in place. Install one new 30-ton HVAC unit and one new 50-ton HVAC unit of similar make, model, and capacity to the units being removed, including outdoor condensers, indoor air handlers, and return fans. New equipment shall be installed on existing concrete pads with properly sized isolators; any required pad extensions shall be provided. Work includes final duct connections using flexible duct connections, installation of new condensate drain piping to approved drains, new outdoor or indoor disconnects as required, and new copper refrigerant line sets. Refrigerant piping shall be pressure tested at 300 PSI for 24 hours and triple evacuated to 500 microns. Provide and install new variable frequency drives (VFDs), duct smoke detectors, smoke dampers, economizer dampers, and all required control devices. Integrate all controls with the existing Automated Logic control system. Perform all ductwork construction, installation, and pressure or leakage testing in accordance with the latest SMACNA standards. Open and restore walls, ceilings, or other building components as necessary to access existing systems and infrastructure. Complete equipment startup, testing, and air balancing of the new HVAC systems. Provide training to facility staff on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Furnish a minimum five-year warranty covering labor and materials, along with all applicable manufacturer warranties, beginning at substantial completion.
