Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

Brick sidewalk renewal on the south side of Main Street between Mechanic Street and Assomption Boulevard, including renewal of streetlights, installation of a tree cell system, and restoration of disturbed areas. Renewal of brick/concrete paver sidewalk, installation of Silva Cell system, catch basins and laterals, distribution and collection perforated PVC pipes, street light renewals, new trees, granite curb repairs, landscaping, concrete unit pavers, and related civil works. Eight new street light bases, eight new poles/luminaires, granite tops, conduit and wiring, removal of existing lighting infrastructure, sidewalk reconstruction using concrete pavers, tree planting within Silva Cell systems, storm sewer works, granite curb repairs, and surface restoration.
