Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Bothell, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing preliminary engineering design for construction of a shared-use path on the west side of 102nd Ave NE extending from Main Street to East Riverside Drive to support walking, bicycling, and other non-motorized travel. Planned improvements include a paved path, a landscaped planter strip, concrete curb and gutter, retaining walls, culvert improvements, and new lighting. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway. Anticipated Award Date: September 17, 2026
