This NAVFAC Southwest Design-Build Task Order consists of two (2) separate RFP's as one (1) combined project. RFP YU2321R consists of work at Building 3267, 3202 and Building 3266 G/ATOR Pad. This includes expansion of an existing Pre-Engineered Metal Building with associated Interior, Man and Overhead Doors, HVAC, Building and Site Electrical and Low Voltage replacement/modifications. Also included is Earthwork, Asphalt/Concrete Paving and associated site work scope. RFP YU2322R consists replacing/modification to G/ATOR Pad at Building 3266, along with new turnaround and access road. A shade structure and electrical are also required scopes. Project duration is 545 days (180 days for Design & 365 Days for Construction). The project is Prevailing Wage and has the Buy American requirement.
