The Creedmoor-Maha WSC (CMWSC) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional engineering firms for engineering services associated with the design and installation of permanent fixed generators and automatic transfer switches at seven critical water supply facilities. This project is funded in part by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), administered through the Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM). Services include preliminary and final design, preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates, permitting and bid support, and construction phase services. Selection will be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications only, in accordance with applicable Texas law governing procurement of professional engineering services and applicable federal requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200. Cost or price information must not be submitted with the Statement of Qualifications. Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to mpickle@creedmoorwsc.com. CMWSC reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, waive minor informalities, and reissue the RFQ in accordance with applicable requirements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
