Replace the existing non-functioning CCTV camera, recording, and data transmission systems located on Sector Key West buildings, with replacements broken down by location as follows: 1) Sector Key West UPH - relocate existing wireless bridge due to construction obstructing the field of view, and install two new wireless bridges to link the existing Barracks building with the Main Sector building and building 108; replace the server at the barracks due to inability to record and view. 2) Sector Key West SFLC Building - replace bullet camera, networking, and wireless connectivity with the main Sector building. 3) Station Key West Building 108 - relocate wireless antennae, install new server closet, and rewire with weatherproof cabling. Conduct a site visit to troubleshoot replacement/connectivity issues and report findings. Provide all necessary replacement or modernized parts, including resetting/reprogramming services to restore system operability with monitoring company; if full restoration is not possible, report specific items that remain discrepant and the limitations. Facility operating hours for contractor access are 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Contractor responsibilities include providing a list and cut sheets of all materials, installing all components in accordance with manufacturers instructions, and notifying the government if instructions cannot be followed. After repair, perform a final inspection with Sector Key West points of contact to verify acceptability. Bidders are required to investigate the site and conditions, and comply with all material, workmanship, safety, permit, and labor standards requirements.
