Reference Number 0000328127 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of renovations to the existing maintenance and washroom building at 2777 Portage Avenue, as described in the construction documents. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Selective demolition of existing elements of the washroom/garage building. (b) Supply and installation of exterior wall framing and cladding. (c) Supply and installation of new overhead doors. (d) Supply and installation of new exterior doors. (e) Supply and installation of new interior framing and wall cladding. (f) Supply and installation of new washroom fixtures and accessories. (g) Supply and installation of new mechanical systems. (h) Supply and installation of new electrical systems.
