Description

Georgia Tech plans to transform the historic Biltmore building at 855 W. Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta into the Biltmore Innovation Center. The adaptive reuse project will convert the 11-story former hotel and office building into a hub for research, startup accelerators, and innovation-focused office space, providing more than 100,000 square feet of facilities supporting Georgia Tech's entrepreneurial ecosystem. The building was acquired by the Georgia Tech Foundation in 2016 and is being incorporated into the broader Tech Square expansion strategy. Construction is anticipated following planning and design activities associated with the project.
