The City of Pflugerville, Texas is soliciting request for proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the WW2401 Gilleland Creek Wastewater Interceptor Project, project which consists of replacing approximately 2700 linear feet of the existing 12-inch wastewater line with a 18-inch line to meet projected peak flows. The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas.
