The work shall include, but is not limited to, grading and shaping ditches, earth excavation, storm sewer removal, storm sewer installation, frame and grate replacements and adjustments, pipe culvert installation, stone riprap installation, river bank stabilization, bicycle railing (base mounted rail post connection) installation, concrete removal and replacement, hot-mix asphalt trail pulverization and resurfacing, native and turf grass restoration seeding, erosion control, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project.
